Functional yoga & mindfulness for all.

Welcome, my name is Valeri.

During the day I build compelling, effective marketing campaigns. At night, you’ll find me on my yoga mat.

As a yoga teacher, I guide students through intentional, creative yoga sequences designed to help find space in both body and mind. My classes provide an opportunity to turn inward, connect with breath, and receive. I am passionate about demystifying the practice of yoga and offering an inclusive space for all bodies - I teach from the heart and invite students to move intuitively.
